Return and Warranty Policy We always strive for the satisfaction of our customers, so we have established a clear return and warranty policy to ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience. First: Return of unused and unopened products Customers from all regions can return unused and unopened products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order with a refund possibility. Conditions: The product must be in its original packaging and unopened. A fee of 40 will be deducted for shipping and return costs. Refunds are processed after receiving the product at our warehouses, inspecting it, and confirming its suitability for resale. Second: Discounted products and promotional offers Products purchased during sales or discounts cannot be returned, except in cases of quality defect or damage during shipping. Important: If you receive a damaged or defective product from the offers, you must: Report within 3 days from the date of receipt. Send clear photos or videos showing the issue for review by our team. Third: Non-returnable cases Return requests cannot be accepted in the following cases: If the product has been opened or used. If the product has been damaged or misused. If the product is not returned in the same condition as received. If any part is missing, such as: Price tag Labels Original packaging Free samples Accessories Products that are dirty, stained, or damaged due to customer use. Note: The company is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of the product. Warranty exceptions Chemical damage and misuse The warranty does not cover damages resulting from external chemical reactions or improper use, as these are not considered manufacturing defects. 1. Damage caused by chemical residues and high heat The warranty does not cover the following cases: Corrosion Cracking Peeling Discoloration of the plates This occurs when using straightening or curling products containing thioglycolic acid, common in treatments: Protein Keratin Botox How does this damage occur? It usually happens when chemicals are not rinsed out well before using the iron. When heating the device at high temperatures, chemical residues burn and decompose, leading to: Emission of caustic chemical fumes Corrosion of the device’s metal plates Proper usage instructions (to avoid damage) To ensure longer device life and preserve your warranty rights, please follow these instructions: Thorough rinsing After using any smoothing lotion or chemicals, rinse the hair well according to the product instructions. Complete drying High heat should not be used on hair coated with chemicals. The hair must be completely dry before using the iron. Avoid “no rinse” methods Some treatments claim to inject protein using direct heat without rinsing the hair. This method may cause plate erosion and emit unpleasant chemical odors. Processing the refund request After receiving the product and conducting the inspection: The refund process will be completed within 2 – 3 working days. The amount will be returned to the original payment method. Original payment fees may be deducted if applicable.
